Screens as Portals: How We Use Media for Timeline Navigation, Healing, and Frequency Anchoring
When binge-watching becomes timeline hopping
Hey consciousness explorers!
Let's talk about something you're probably doing right now - engaging with a screen. But what if I told you that this seemingly mundane activity is actually a sophisticated form of quantum time travel and consciousness exchange?
Yeah, I thought that might get your attention.
There's something I've been noticing for a while now, and I think it's time to say it plainly:
Screens are portals.
Not metaphorically - literally. They are containers for energy. They entangle us with frequencies, shift our attention, and in some cases, help us leap timelines or integrate healing that would otherwise be too energetically complex to access through linear awareness.
I know that sounds wild, but stay with me. Because it's not as ungrounded as it might initially sound. In fact, I think it explains a lot about why so many of us have complex, sometimes even mystical experiences around digital media…especially when we're waking up.
I started noticing this through my own channeling
The first time I realized something was different was when I began reading Akashic Records and doing energy work over Zoom. At some point, I noticed I didn't need to "get into the zone" anymore - just opening my laptop and hopping on a call was enough to initiate channeling. My hands would start moving on their own. The space would shift. Information would pour through, effortlessly. And it wasn't just when I was doing a reading for someone else. It was happening anytime I interacted with a screen - watching a show, writing, even scrolling.
Something had changed.
My body, and my consciousness, had been trained to respond to the energetic field of "screen time" like it was an altar. A vessel. A container for transmission.
And then I started wondering: was it just me?
Or are screens already doing this for everyone?
Let's talk about what a screen really is
A screen is not just pixels and backlight. It's a portal to another reality. The person on the other side has already done the thing. It's been recorded, edited, and packaged in a fixed timeline. From an Akashic perspective, that makes it a closed energetic container - a stabilized frequency you can tune into at will.
You're not just watching something.
You're meeting a field of consciousness and energy - a specific frequency pattern that was captured in that moment of creation.
And that energy field can hold codes (healing, activations, insights, frequency upgrades, or timeline nudges) that match whatever your system needs right now.
But here's the thing: most people don't know they're doing this. They don't realize their body, their subconscious, their higher self is actively working through and with the content they consume. They think they're just watching a show.
What's really happening is more like what a character in Doctor Who once described: "A door once opened can be stepped through in either direction." The camera becomes your viewpoint (a seat in that reality and timeline) while simultaneously allowing information to flow back to you. The entire exchange is mutual, subtle, and deeply alive on a quantum level.
The science is actually on our side here
Here's the thing - there's real science backing this up. You don't have to dive into mystical explanations to understand that something meaningful is happening when we engage with screens:
Quantum entanglement: When two particles interact, they remain energetically linked even across vast distances. What if attention itself creates entanglement? When you focus on content through a screen, you're creating an energetic bridge between yourself and that timeline.
The observer effect: In quantum physics, the act of observing a system changes its behavior. So your consciousness is not passive. It's actively shaping what happens when you engage with media.
Mirror neurons: When you watch someone do a thing, your brain lights up as if you're doing it. Which means watching a video is a form of subconscious participation. You're not just observing, you're experiencing.
Neuroplasticity: Repeated exposure to certain stimuli changes your brain. You are literally reprogramming yourself every time you engage with a screen. This explains my own experience - after channeling through screens for clients, my brain and body were conditioned to enter that state whenever a screen was present.
Non-locality: Some quantum effects don't obey the rules of linear space or time. Which might explain why people can experience synchronicities or intuitive "downloads" from a show recorded years ago. It's like a cosmic synchronization happening across different points in time - we're aligning our timelines through focused attention.
All of this points to one thing: screens are not inert. They are relational.
Ancient echoes: portals in stone, portals in pixels
Many ancient civilizations believed in physical portals - sacred sites aligned with stars, geomagnetic anomalies, sound chambers. These places were constructed to help humans shift frequency, initiate transformation, or contact the beyond.
Now, instead of pyramids and standing stones, we have algorithms and 4K screens.
I'm not saying they're the same thing. I'm saying we're using them in eerily similar ways. And I’ve not heard others talking about it yet.
We sit in front of them with reverence. We return to them for answers. And some of us, without trying, begin channeling the moment they're open.
So what are you doing when you're on a screen?
Here's what I've observed through consistent experimentation and direct experience:
I use screens to pull myself forward. To align with the frequency of the New Earth. To stabilize timelines that feel more whole, more real, more me. To receive healing light codes from content that's been recorded in a frequency I'm now ready to receive.
It's like my higher self uses the content I'm viewing as a delivery system for exactly what I need in that moment. When I'm fully present with what I'm watching, I can detect additional layers of information that aren't explicitly in the content itself but are accessible through it because of the quantum connection that's been established.
And I don't "see" these things with my eyes - I feel them. My hands move in light language - a kind of energetic sign language that helps me connect as a heart-centered channel. It's as if I'm joining a conversation in the quantum realm that's already happening.
When I watch something like Last Week Tonight, I can turn my channeling on (what Ginette Biro calls "tuning in") and then feel and understand what I'm getting. What I've noticed is that my own higher self uses those entanglements to provide me with some sort of collective update - like taking whatever was a problem when the thing was recorded and updating my own life with cheat codes to get around the next boss fight.
These shows are taking the horrors of the world and synthesizing them into bite-size, time-released chunks of information that I personally choose when to consume so I can otherwise go about my life.
But there's something even more incredible happening. Outside of time, we're all friends doing what we can to help each other. So when I reach out in the akashic field and say "hey, y'all cool if I encode biological healing into this episode?" their higher selves are like "oh, that would be helpful for all of us. yes please do that." We're all participating in this exchange, whether we realize it or not.
To help make that more tangible, I'm including a video in this post showing what that looks like for me in real time (see below). This isn't performance. It's just how my channeling works when I engage with media intentionally.
The Invitation to Experiment: x2
This part is important. Because I don't want you to take my word for it - I want you to test it. Try one or both of these:
Experiment 1: The Portal Practice (For Everyone)
Here's what fascinates me about screens: sometimes we're drawn to specific content at exactly the right moment, even if we don't know why. Ever notice how you'll randomly decide to watch something, and it contains exactly what you needed to hear?
Try this:
For the next few days, pay attention to what content you feel pulled toward. Don't overthink it - just notice when something catches your attention more strongly than usual. It could be a YouTube recommendation that stands out, a show you suddenly feel compelled to rewatch, or a TikTok that seems to appear at just the right moment.
Before you watch, pause for a few seconds and set this simple intention: "Help me receive whatever is aligned for my next step."
As you watch, stay present. Keep one part of your attention slightly widened - like you're listening for something beyond just the content itself.
After, take a moment to reflect:
How did this content relate to something you're currently experiencing?
Were there any unexpected emotions, thoughts, or insights that arose?
Did something specific "click" in a way that feels meaningful to your life right now?
Was there a particular line, scene, or moment that seemed to stand out more than the rest?
If you want to go deeper, try this with content you've seen before:
Notice how different elements catch your attention this time
Try this specifically when you're feeling stuck on something in your life
See if your state or perspective shifts afterward
This isn't about overanalyzing everything you watch. It's about recognizing that what draws your attention and when you choose to engage with certain content might not be as random as it seems. Where you place your attention creates quantum entanglements that affect your experience - and becoming aware of this process is actually a fun way to strengthen your connection to your higher self. It's often easier to get excited about entertainment than to commit to what feels like spiritual "work," but this practice beautifully blends both.
Experiment 2: The Mirror Channel Test (For Intuitives, Channels, and Akashic Record Readers)
If you do any kind of energetic or channeled work, this experiment invites you to use screens in a way you might not have considered before - as actual portals where the camera becomes your seat in that reality.
Choose a piece of content that resonates with you. (For example, a favorite YouTube channel like Alex Ferrari's "Next Level Soul" or any interview-style content)
Before pressing play, do whatever you normally do to tune in to your abilities:
Use your personal practice to connect to spirit/source/guidance
This might be breath work, meditation, prayer, setting sacred space, or any ritual that works for you
Once connected, set this specific intention: "I am now occupying the camera position in this reality. From this vantage point, I can access information beyond what's being explicitly stated."
As you watch, imagine yourself literally sitting in the position of the camera. You're not just observing - you're present in that space, in that moment of recording.
Allow your channeling process to activate naturally:
Let your hands move if they want to
Notice any emotional or physical waves
Be receptive to information that isn't being verbally stated
Pay attention to whether your guides join you in this space
Notice if your Akashic field opens in response to being "in the room"
From personal experience, I've found that in-studio interviews often create a more powerful effect than Zoom recordings - you can sometimes quite vividly feel yourself joining the host and guest in the studio. Notice if you experience this difference too.
Optional extension: Try this with animated content
Even with animated shows like Bob's Burgers or similar content, you're still occupying a viewer position - just in a different type of reality container. What makes this interesting is that animated content often carries fewer "physical world" limitations, which can sometimes allow for different kinds of information to flow through.
Try this: Begin your usual channeling practice (whatever that looks like for you), but instead of silence or guided meditation, have an episode of an animated show playing. Notice:
Does your channeling feel different?
Are you receiving different types of information?
How does the animated environment affect what comes through?
Can you sense the consciousness of the creators behind the animation?
There's no right or wrong way to experience this. The beauty is in discovering how versatile your unique channeling abilities can be across different types of content.
Here's the thing - I've never been a "week-long silent meditation retreat" kind of spiritual person. I'm much more of a "sit on my couch and channel healing codes while watching Drawfee" kind of awakening human. And honestly? Some of my most profound channeling experiences have happened while engaging with shows and creators that resonated with me.
If you've been separating your "spiritual practices" from the content you actually enjoy, I invite you to bring those worlds together. Your abilities don't require special circumstances - they're part of you wherever you go, whatever you're watching, however you choose to engage with screens.
Don't get me wrong - I love all the spiritual content creators on YouTube (they've been absolute lifesavers on this journey). But I've found I need to balance the growth and expansion they provide with the content that shaped me as a person. As someone raised primarily by screens, I've discovered that pop culture and entertainment can be just as powerful a connector for me as traditional spiritual practices.
Yes, nature is still the gold standard for connecting (you DO have to touch grass at least occasionally), but some of us are naturally attuned to what comes through screens. And that's worked remarkably well for my healing and awakening process. The key is staying conscious about what I'm giving my attention to - mindless consumption helps no one, but intentional engagement with content that resonates? That's how I tune into what my higher self is sending my way, which means I'm tuning into my own love frequency.
I'm not particularly proud that my higher self uses screens to help me navigate forward, but for those of us who have been anchored so strongly in this low frequency hell dimension... it's the most straightforward way of navigating the collective consciousness and timelines. It's practical. It's accessible. And it works with our conditioning rather than against it.
Final thought
This isn't about conspiracy, paranoia, or escapism. It's about discernment and power.
We are co-creating reality all the time and screens are one of the most overlooked magical tools we have. They anchor frequency. They hold encoded records. And when used consciously, they can become technologies of awakening.
We just have to start paying attention.
Below, I'm sharing a video of what this actually looks like for me. I've recorded myself channeling while watching an episode of Last Week Tonight (here's hoping I don't hear from Business Daddy's lawyers for posting this). Every time I do this, I get different information and I’m less interested in sharing the specifics of what comes through for me, simply because it’s the spiritual equivalent of writing in a diary. I channel information that’s for ME, not for anyone or anything else (that’s what providing Akashic Record readings is for). But, I’m also curious if the light language transmissions have more going on, too….but that’s a question and experiment for another post.
This ability to channel through screens wasn't something I could do before my NDE. Now, it's something I can turn on literally any time I'm interacting with a screen. What you'll see is my hands moving in light language, translating energy and information that isn't explicitly stated in the content itself.
And here's a little something I've discovered that I'm just going to leave right here: If I happen to enjoy a gummy before watching something, I find myself ONLY able to experience it in channel mode. I'm not encouraging any particular substances, but if you already channel and happen to enjoy plant medicine... let's just say the combination with screen-based channeling can open up some wild and beautiful translations of energy. The content becomes a completely different experience when your channeling abilities are heightened and you're connecting through the screen as a portal.
Whatever your approach - whether you're a seasoned channel, just starting to explore your intuitive abilities, or simply curious about what else might be happening when you watch your favorite content - I'd love to hear what you discover when you experiment with screens as portals.
Let me know in the comments.
(Video below: What it looks like when I'm channeling through a screen)
Note: This isn't a performance. This is just what my body naturally does when I'm engaging energetically with media in an intentional way. Everyone's system is different, but you might start noticing your own cues, too. And yes, I also find it funny that certain voices carry a …different kind of energetic weight. Just watch and see for yourself.
With love for wherever you are on your unique journey,
Charlie
